Mikayla loves animals…and especially horses. So, for her birthday present she got some horse riding lessons. We found a place just minutes from our home where they board & train horses…and give lessons. It was her first time on an English saddle…it took a little getting used to. But she did really well.

The holidays are always a very busy time…so much going on…but also a magical time. Here are some of our goings on during all of that craziness.

Megan wanted a ukulele for Christmas.  She got one…and has already learned how to play it.  She has learned a couple of songs so far…check it out.  (She has become quite the animated entertainer).

Well…it only took 2 1/2 years…and Senior Pictures are already taken…but Liz finally got her braces OFF! We really think it could’ve taken a LOT LESS time…and we don’t really trust our orthodontist…but that’s another story for another day. We spent Thanksgiving 2010 at our house with Frank’s siblings and their families…the weather was beautiful and we had a great time!
